Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Policy
The scope of the SHEQ Management System is to cover all engineering activities performed by Isotec Mech and Engineering, Welding / Mechanical Services and Solutions, Fabrication and installation of Pressurised Systems (Piping), Turnkey projects and Shutdown welding maintenance.

We at Isotec are committed to comply with legal and other prescribed guidelines and standards by carrying out our daily operations in a manner that does not compromise the safety and health of our stakeholders.

We therefore;

  • Invite participation by all employees, contractors and other stakeholders in the formulation, communication and reviewing of all SHEQ policy that ensure the well Being of all concerned.
  • Ensure that it is appropriate to the operational practice of all welding engineering activities performed by Isotec.
  • Make a commitment to prevention of injury, ill health and the prevention of potential impact to the environment through any of our operations.
  • Ensure that suitable processes are established to be in line with applicable legislation and other regulations and identified requirements.
  • Provide a framework to ensure that potential hazards, risks, impacts and aspects have been identified and to implement means of mitigation of such risk and hazards identified.
  • We will review this policy regularly at a frequency not exceeding one year.
  • Make a commitment to continual improvement of the SHEQ Management System through management review, identifying objectives and to ensure that all areas of the SHEQ Management System are monitored.
  • Ensure that the SHEQ Management System is documented, implemented and continually improved to remain compliant with applicable International Standards and Legislation.
  • Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing SHEQ objective to ensure continual suitability and effectiveness.
  • Will communicate the SHEQ Policy to all staf, contractors, visitors working under the control of the company in order for them to understand how the SHEQ Policy affects them and their individual role in the SHEQ Management System.
  • Will make it available to all interested parties if requested to do so.

To date we have not suffered any major SHE incidents or fatalities. We are thus committed to ensuring zero harm to our employees, customers’ employees, the public and the environment.
